School Counseling
Bearden Elementary School offers a wide variety of counseling services that follow the American School Counseling Association's national model.
Parents/Caregivers can also complete the school counseling referral form here to refer their student for school counseling services.
Haley Foley
Originally from the Knoxville area, Ms. Foley holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Science in Counseling with a concentration in School Counseling, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She also earned a certificate in Grief, Trauma, and Loss during her graduate studies. Ms. Foley is a licensed Professional School Counselor in the state of Tennessee and holds the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential. This is her sixth year in the school counseling profession, which is her dream job! Ms. Foley is passionate about mental health, crisis counseling, English Language Learners (ELLs), and elementary-aged students. She works at Bearden Elementary School on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and at Belle Morris Elementary School on Thursdays.
